• Continue to advocate for policies that support the life sciences industry. 

• Develop new resources for clinical research. 

• Expand our mentorship program. 

• Working on providing guidance documents for ethics committees to enhance their operations. 

• Working on developing Site Management Organizations (SMOs initial database has already been created) rating platform to assess their capabilities and promote quality clinical research. 

• Working on a dashboard for CRA Line managers to evaluate monitoring effectiveness at sites by clinical research associates, using Power BI and other IT platforms, which can be customized by various organizations as per their needs. 

• Developed a CRA FTE calculation method that can assist CROs and pharmaceutical companies in determining the number of CRA FTEs needed for any project. 

• We brainstorm according to industry gaps and take initiatives that can help and uplift our clinical research industry. 

• Our group leaders are working diligently to establish strong relationships with existing ECs, SMOs, CROs, and pharmaceutical companies across the globe. These relationships can significantly contribute to our various initiatives.
